Once completed, your application can be emailed to: claresholmcares@gmail.com or delivered in person to the shelter.  Applications are in PDF format and can be filled out digitally on your computer/mobile device. Please remember to choose SAVE AS after it has been filled out, and rename the file with your last name before attaching it in email. You can also print the application, fill it out, and then email us a scan or a photo..
